Welcome to Knabbs Farm, a family run bed and breakfast situated in the heart of the traditional village of Fletching.

Come and stay with us in our charming self-contained converted barn and experience good ol’ Sussex hospitality and pace of life. Whatever the occasion, from a wedding at one of the many local venues to a special meal at the renowned Griffin Inn. We aim for every stay with us to be relaxing and enjoyable, giving you a great nights sleep and a hearty breakfast amidst the glorious Sussex countryside.

Staying with us

Knabbs Barn is a traditional, recently refurbished, weather-boarded Sussex barn offering bed and breakfast in the heart of Fletching. It is totally self contained and detached from Knabbs Farm House. Accommodation comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, open plan dining/sitting area and a small garden with glorious views towards Sheffield Park.

Sleeps: up to 4
Other features: Wi-fi, Freeview Television, Off-road parking.
(We are regrettably an animal free bed and breakfast.)

We are ideally placed for many local attractions and event venues,. These include the famous Bluebell Railway, the National Trust property Sheffield Park and to top it off, the renowned Griffin Inn is a  5 minute walk away.
